SAŽETAK PREDAVANJA
BREXIT has been on the news daily since the decision to leave the EU in 2016. This presentation explores good practice and different options available to ensure effective project and programme management while making decisions that have a lasting impact. Starting with exploring the meaning of BREXIT for the UK, and what a PMO is. We’ll look at the Brexit timeline and how to align a company’s vision with the benefits that a regulatory programme ultimately needs to accomplish as a result of the change. Full of humour, empathy, and life, Sunchana describes her approach in enhancing the PMO model on the Brexit Programme. Sunchana confidently gives practical advice interweaving her project management skillsets into managing regulatory change. The spotlight is on creating the right framework for both functional teams and programme management teams for the benefits of all parties. This is an inspirational story about acceptance and learning to love your PMO. Finally, it is vitally important to manage the hand-over enabling BAU functions to collaborate successfully, to operate and to thrive.

KRATKI CV PREDAVAČICE: 
Originally from Croatia, Sunchana is an independent P3O PMO Governance & Planning Consultant and has been running her own company since 2010, based in Scotland, UK. Sunchana is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM), Committee member and volunteer for APM Scotland. Sunchana has accomplished a great deal for corporate and public-sector clients in a career spanning over 20 years in PMO, Regulatory, Business Change and Technology Transformations in delivering key strategic programmes worth up to 2 billion GBP. Sunchana worked on the London Olympics in 2012. She managed several large, complex consultancy programme engagements in financial services and public sector (DWP). During 2018/19 she has been engaged for a large financial services company in the UK on the Brexit Programme.
