The exam is a combination of multiple-choice and open-ended questions throughout as a written exam for the Level D 4LC Project Manager Certification. A written exam is not required if the candidate has a valid IPMA project manager certificate of any level.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of the Case Study. The candidate in the Case Study must demonstrate high expertise in consultation and\/or instruction through 80% of the CE defined in Chapters 3.1-3.9, 4.1-4.5, 5.1-5.5 of the ICB4CCT.<\/li>\n<li>Extended interview. List of consulting and\/or mentoring services<\/p>\n<p>The applicant must demonstrate compliance with the eligibility criteria and submit a list of consulting and\/or mentoring services for project management with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consulting and\/or coaching activities in project management characteristics (such as deliverables, duration, phases, management complexity, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>the role of the applicant and responsibilities within the services provided;<\/li>\n<li>total duration, time and workload of the candidate's engagement (e.g. 5 years as 25% full-time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.\t<a href=\"https:\/\/ipma.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/03_IPMA-ICR\u0421\u0421T-CC-Case-study-Levels-AB\u0421-V1.0_CERT.docx\">Case study<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For level B, the applicant must submit at least 2 case studies. The applicant for consultant and mentor certification presents representative consulting cases according to the attached form with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>context (type, scope, client, other important stakeholders, resources, complexity, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>objectives of the task;<\/li>\n<li>project and\/or permanent organization;<\/li>\n<li>provision of consulting\/mentoring services;<\/li>\n<li>roles and responsibilities of candidates;<\/li>\n<li>distinguishing elements of the counseling\/mentoring task;<\/li>\n<li>results and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main part of the case study should show:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>counseling and\/or mentoring challenges and how they were addressed. The applicant must address the management challenges for at least 5 basic and 5 specific CEs from the IPMA ICB4CCT standard.<\/li>\n<li>consideration of counseling or mentoring results, analysis and lessons learned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. The exam is a combination of multiple-choice and open-ended questions throughout as a written exam for the Level D 4LC Project Manager Certification. A written exam is not required if the candidate has a valid IPMA project manager certificate of any level.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of the training study. List of coaching services<\/p>\n<p>The applicant must prove how he fulfills the eligibility criteria and submit a list of completed project management trainings.
